Anniversary of a peculiar faculty.

On October 15 Tula State LevTolstoy  Pedagogical University celebrated the anniversary of one of its most unusual units – the department of foreign languages. The feast gathered many students, teachers and guests.

The Department of Foreign Languages ​​was founded  in 1944 under the leadership of Inna Petrovna Grineva, 40 students were  enrolled then under the guidance of 10 teachers. Nowadays this depature is the one in the region, numbering about a hundred teachers and eight hundred students.

The first to congratulate the faculty at the festive scene was  rector V.A. Panin. He expressed his respect and recognition of his colleagues and the creators of the university.

Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Education Zh.E. Fomicheva continued congratulations. In her speech, she told how she was part of the history of the University of her warm relations with their fellow students and what the departure gave her .

The Dean of the Department  D.A.  Razoroynov in the speech compared Foreign Languages with a ship, “It's a huge responsibility to manage such a large ship, but I'm proud of my colleagues and students." Representatives  of such companies as "Shchekinoazot», «Speak English», «Unilever." Congratulated the department .They wished good luck and prosperity, new opportunities and achievements.

After each greeting music and songs filled  the assembly hall with, . Concert gratters  sounded in English, Russian German, Spanish and French. Popular dance movements evoked happy exciting feelings. "The concert was awesome, all at the level , guys  are really tried," one of the students said. Indeed, departure of foreign language is level is something our city can boast of

TSPU DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES CELEBRATES ITS 70^TH ANNIVERSARY

On  October  15 Department of Foreign language celebrated its 70th anniversary. Graduates of different years and professor-veterans decided not to lose the chance of visiting such a concert. Every guest enjoyed exciting dances, charming singing and bright atmosphere. A choreographer and the leader of the dance-crew “NEO”, Denis Vasin, a graduate of TSPU, made a great show with TSPU student Nastya Danilova and other dancers.

Participants presented their energy trough the merry dances, funny scenes and fascinating songs in different languages.

The Dean of faculty, D.A.Razorenov compared the department with a ship that delivers us to different countries. He wished that ship should overcome all the troubles and go on endless voyage.

The head of University, V.A.Panin greeted all the people and admitted the special character of the department of Foreign Languages and wished strong knowledge and developing.

The vice-dean of faculty, E.A.Uvarova said:

“The faculty has completely changed in recent years. Now students get not a specialist’s diploma, but Bachelor’s  and Master’s  degrees. A lot of new languages appeared. The opportunities are enlarging but the best years on the faculty are while you’re learning yourself.”

After the concert Elena Alexandrovna said: “It was incredible. Now I see, we can do everything. I wish everybody carries in souls and hearts this huge love for the  faculty. Years of studying here are the best and every student should save the recollections about it for life”.

It’s Friday again…And I’m in the train again. People are everywhere. Everyone is sitting and waiting for the departure. A woman’s voice is heard from the station: “Passengers are invited to board the train to the Urvanka station”. What is Urvanka? And where is this interesting place? Don’t know.
There are some guys behind. They’re talking too loud. It’s annoying.
The smell of sunflower seeds…The two girls sitting near the entrance are chatting and nibbling the seeds.
Many people are talking by phone. Indeed, what else can they do while waiting for the departure?
There is nothing interesting outside the window. Rails, sleepers, a train, columns and wires…wires are everywhere; the whole sky is slashed with it.
A peroxid blonde in jeans and a pink cardigan sat in front of me. She is too lighty dressed for October. Though, it’s really warm today. The sun is shining and giving out its warmth…Very well!
People are in a hurry. Yeah, we’re leaving in 5 minutes.
Oh! There is my friend. He didn’t recognize me. I must come in sight.

Place: a bench in the park

As soon as I sat down, I heard and bell and pleasant slapping on the asphalt - it was a horse, carrying holidaymakers. Nice freshness, the autumn smell, there are no green leaves: some trees are bare, some are yellow, but the willow is still green like in the summer.

Yet, the smell of the burnt leaves is slightly rotting. Older women are discussing the lawn. Yes, the lawn is  still too green. The murmur of conversation merges with the wind, which is obtained from the comfort Free from  tension sound. Treetops are yellow-orange, some-where already merged black and gray haze, which now stands in the park. The baby is crying somewhere in the back. The noise of an aircraft engine go into the wind and started up the hair and increase sharply. The smell of  sheets, possibly because of the wind.

classical music is played over the radio , it is a saxophone, a pleasant female voice is singing.

Passing. rollers creak/

Squeaks through the air banging and shuffling. I feel inspired in a  strange manner by a guy in  the header. It is so warm!

The sound of summer ski poles. a spoiled child passes by, something is arguing with her mother. A young roller found a willow branch and now rides with it :she  sweeping, or thinks that it is tape. Her grandmother grumbles: Why do you need it, throw.

A long-legged girl passes on high heels.

It becomes cool but the noise does not subside ...

A new film is released in Tula cinemas.

Oct. 23 “Kinocity” in Tula shows film “Eliza Graves”.  This is a new thriller film directed by Brad Anderson based on short story written in 1844 by E. A. Poe - The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether. The film is about a recent medical school grad who takes a position at a mental institution and soon finds himself taken with one of his colleagues - though he has no initial idea of a recent, horrifying staffing change. Also the other name of the film is “Stonehearst Asylum”. Such stars as Kate Beckinsale, Michael Caine, Brendan Gleeson act there.

A lot of people come to watch this premier. Everybody looks forward to the beginning. During the film all the audience keeps silence that shows they enjoy it. Acting and special effects are on the high level. “Eliza Graves” lasts about 2 hours.

After the film some people say that they expected more because all the content was shown in the trailer which is one big spoiler and it’s for the only time to watch.

Other say “Eliza Graves” has a lot of exciting moments and it’s worth going to the cinema and seeing this premier.

One of the visitors, Marina, says, on the one hand, there is nothing boring in the film, something happens almost every minute but, on the other hand, the film includes too many different genres and it would be better to concentrate only on thriller.

Children are running and teetering. Their clothes are rather warm, they are wearing hats although the weather isn't cold. They are playing a ball and one girl shouts "Goal! I scored!" The elderly people are sitting at the bench and talking. Women are wearing warm clothes, too, with shawls at their heads. I don't hear what they are talking about. Some people are returning home with big packages. A lot of cars are parked all around. Birds are flying. Screams and laughter of the children are loud. It smells of fire mixed with fresh air. The warm wind is blowing. The sun hides behind the clouds. Music sounds from the car. There are sounds of driving cars far away. 

Comedyfestival "Smile, Russia!" launched in Tula

On 19 October the XVth jubilee Comedy festival "Smile, Russia!" opened in the City concert hall 
Guests of honor at film festival became Governor of the Tula region VladimirGruzdev, his first Deputy and Chairman of observerlist Yuri Andrianov, Minister of culture and tourism of the region Tatiana Rybkina, members of the government of the Tula region, deputies of the State Duma and regional legislative Assembly.

Renovated GKZ could hardly accommodate all spectators wishing to see one of the brightest events in the cultural life of the region. Witnesses to this event were told that " for three years in a row, the festival has successfully been held in Tula land."

In the days of the festival in the concert hall and cinema "Albany" there will be screenings of films, including the premiere of the films. The festival also includes round tables and recitals. Entrance to all festival events is free

October 21, at the cinema Albany hosted a screening of the film " In sport only girl". Here are a few words from those who were present at the screening of the film " The film was very interesting and exciting, we were very pleased once again to see this movie on the big screen".

The festival will be held from 19 October to 26 October.
